摘要
建立高效液相色谱联合原子荧光分光光度计测定海产品中无机汞(Hg(II))、甲基汞(MeHg)、乙基汞(EtHg)含量方法。样品振荡提取、分离,经形态分析装置处理、高效液相色谱分离,用原子荧光光度计检测。Hg(II)标准曲线方程y=4.00×106x+2.52×105,线性范围0~20.00μg/L,相关系数r2=0.9995;MeHg标准曲线的方程y=6.00×106x+9.76×105,线性范围0~23.00μg/L,相关系数r2=0.9997;EtHg标准曲线的方程y=1.00×l07x+4.60×105,线性范围0~21.92μg/L,相关系数r2=1.0000。样品加标回收率Hg(II)86.3%~107%、MeHg83.5%~103.4%、EtHg73.4%~100.5%,测定鱼肉中总汞与MeHg成分分析标准物质,MeHg检测结果与标称值相吻合,RSD为1.35%(n=6)。Hg(II)、MeHg、EtHg方法检出限(S/N=3)分别为0.8μg/L,0.5μg/L,0.5μg/L。该方法易操作、灵敏度高、选择性好、线性范围宽、干扰少、测试成本低,适用于海产品中Hg(II)、MeHg、EtHg含量的测定。
The purpose of study was to establish the method determinate inorganic mercury,methyl mercury and ethyl mercury in seafood by HPLC-AFS.The samples were surged,distilled,determined by HPLC-AFS.The equation of standard working curve from inorganic mercury was y=4.00×106x+2.52×105,its linear range was 0~20.00μg/L and its correlation coefficient was 0.9995.The equation of standard working curve from methyl mercury was y=6.00×106x+9.76×105,its linear range was 0~26.00μg/L and its correlation coefficient was 0.9997.The equation of standard working curve from ethyl mercury was y=1.00×l07x +4.60×105,its linear range was 0~21.92μg/L and its correlation coefficient was 1.0000.Detection limit(S/N=3)of the method was inorganic mercury 0.8μg/L,methyl mercury 0.5μg/L,ethyl mercury 0.5μg/L,respectively.The samples recovery(n=2) were inorganic mercury between 86.3%~107%,methyl mercury between 83.5%~103.4%and ethyl mercury 73.4%~100.5%,respectively.The proposed method was used in determination of methyl mercury in national standard samples(GBW10029.Total Mercury and Methyl Mercury in Fish Tissue),the relative standard deviations(n=6)was 1.35﹪.The results obtained were in conformity with standard values.The method was convenient,more sensitivity,better selectivity,wide linear range,lower interference,lower test cost,it could be used to determinate inorganic mercury,methyl mercury and ethyl mercury in seafood.
