摘要
陶瓷量块的许多性能有别于钢量块 ,在检定或核准之前必须对这些差异进行修正。本文讨论了检定陶瓷量块应注意的问题 ,介绍了陶瓷量块的光干涉测量方法 ,并给出了测量不确定度评定结果。
Since some of the performances of the ceramic gauge blocks are different with thos of the steel gauge block, it is necessary to make some corrections for these differences before thier verification and calibration. The notable problems during the verification of ceramic gauges are discussed, and the optical interferometeric measurement methods for ceramic gauges are introduced. The results of the uncertainty evaluation are presented.
