全胃切除消化道重建术式合理选择及其循证医学证据

摘要 手术治疗仍是胃癌治疗的基石。全胃切除术是胃癌的常见术式之一，沿用至今已有120余年的历史，近年来，其在临床上的应用呈现逐年上升的趋势。然而，伴随全胃切除术后的“无胃”状态，可能导致病人的消化吸收功能和营养代谢紊乱，最终导致病人体重减轻和明显营养不良，生活质量普遍下降”。
