How to Develop the Spiritual Connotations of Xining City in the Point of View of Cultural Consciousness

历史和现实表明,一个民族的觉醒,首先是文化的觉醒。文化自觉是一个全新的概念和思维方式。基于文化自觉的视野,本文通过对西宁城市精神内涵的梳理和分析,阐述西宁城市精神构建的理论基础和实现要件,从而使西宁城市精神的构建符合社会主义核心价值体系,以至达到和谐文化境界,最终实现理想愿景。

Prior to the awareness of a people,the first of which is the awareness of its civilization.Cultural consciousness puts forward a new concept and way of thinking.This paper outlines the spiritual connotations of Xining City which is in line with the system of socialist core va!ues,analyzes the theoretical foundation and the conditions of the realization and proposes how to develop it in order to arouse the whole city＇s cultural consciousness and develop a harmonious culture realm.
