Thinking and Exploring of the Second Round of Compiling Traffic History

本文在总结第一轮交通志编纂经验教训和第二轮交通志编纂实践的基础上,探索了交通志编纂的继承与创新、保持鲜明特色和提高质量问题。提出第二轮交通志要在继承的基础上大胆创新,要构建大交通志的结构框架、勇于记述失误、突出交通人物的记述和增设专记;第二轮交通志要突出时代特色、地方特色和交通特色;第二轮交通志要进一步提高编纂质量,要重视资料的收集与鉴别、把好志稿撰写关。

On the basis of summing up the experience of the first round of compiling traffic history and the practice of the second round of compiling traffic history,the article explore problems of inheritance and innovation,keeping frash characteristics and improving the quality in the process of compiling traffic history.It is put forward to innovate boldly on the basis of inheritance,construct the structure of a large traffic history,record mistakes bravely,record traffic figures conspicuously and increase special records;to project the times,locality and traffic;to improve the compiling quality further,pay attention to the collection and distinguish of material,and guarantee the quality of compiling tattic history in the second round of traffic history.
