新时期高等职业教育办学主体多元化建设的思考——以皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区为例

The Diversification of the Construction about Higher Vocational Education School in New Era——As an Example about Industrial Transfer Demonstration Region of the City-cluster Along the Yangtze River in Anhui

本文通过对皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区50所高职院校办学主体的分析,针对示范区多数高职院校办学平台建设单一,教学资源建设重复,人才培养信息封闭,集团化发展滞后等现象,从政策保障办学、示范引领办学、行业连锁办学、政府集团化办学四个方面论述新时期高职院校办学主体多元化建设,促进职业教育可持续发展。

The paper analyzed 50 vocational colleges in industrial transfer demonstration region of the city-cluster along the Yangtze River in Anhui.Aim to a single school platform about vocational colleges construction,duplication of the construction of teaching resources,personnel training information closed,group development lag and so on.Author discoursed vocational colleges sponsoring the diversification of construction from four aspects,which are protection of shool from the policy,leading the school from the demonstration,industry chains school,government group of the schools,that has promoted sustainable development of vocational education.
