摘要
人力资源是高新技术企业最重要的资源,关键人物的作用更是巨大甚至主宰企业的命运。从人的心理、生理的复杂性出发提出高新技术企业存在人力资源风险,而其中的关键人物风险应引起企业管理者和人力资源管理部门的高度重视;提出了企业员工关键度的概念及关键人物的确定方法,指出了关键人物风险的类型,并提出了高新技术企业关键人物风险防范流程和策略。
Human resources are the fundamental and important resources in high-technology enterprises,the roles of the key people are more important than other people and can changr the destiny of enterprises. In the ligh of complexity of human psychology and physiolop, the paper points out tha human resource risks exist in high-technology enterprises and the key people risks must be paid high attention to. The conept of the levels of importance of staff members and the method to recognize the key mple are given in the paper. The types of key people risks and the management program and policies to deal with the risks are prope in the paper.
