摘要
结合供应链管理理论与神龙汽车有限公司具体的条件和特点，提出了神龙公司供应链管理的设计思路以及在相关领域应用的措施和建议。试图通过供应链管理在神龙公司这种典型制造企业中应用的探讨，为国内企业界、理论界寻找到符合我国企业具体条件，能运用于实践的、可行的供应链管理运作方法提供参考例证。
In the light of the specific features and conditions s in Dongfeng-Citroen Automobile Co. Ltd (DCA), this article uses the theory of supply chain management, proposes thoughts designed for DCAC and applicaion metheds in related fields. Through the discussion of appication in DCAC, thes essa attempts to provide a practicable method which can be used in enterprises in China and an example for further academic research.
