摘要
针对赵庄矿松软突出煤层成孔难及钻进效率低的问题,在井下进行了成孔技术试验研究,提出松软突出煤层中钻进钻机选型的原则,对三棱钻杆进行改进后设计出具有最优断面的三角型钻杆,并深入分析了三角型钻杆排渣机理,采用FLUENT软件对与其外径相等的光面钻杆孔内风力排渣过程进行模拟和分析,最后进行工业性试验效果比较。研究结果表明,以新研制出的三角型钻杆作为钻具的成孔工艺技术能较好地适应松软突出煤层复杂的地质条件,能显著地提高钻进效率和降低孔内事故。
According to the difficult drilling and low drilling efficiency problems in soft and outburst seam of Zhaozhuang Mine, the selec- tion principle of the drilling machine applied to soft and outburst seam was provided. After the improvement of the triangular prismatic drilling rod, a triangular drilling rod with the optimized cross section was designed. The cuttings removing mechanism of the triangular drilling rod was deeply analyzed. The FLUENT software was applied to the simulation and analysis of the cuttings pneumatic removing in the smooth center of the drilling rod with same outside diameters. A comparison was conducted on the industrial trial effects finally. The study resuhs showed that the new developed triangular drilling rod as the drilling tools of the drilling technology could be well suitable for the complicated geological conditions of the soft and outburst seam and could obviously improve the drilling efficiency and reduce the acci- dents in the borehole.
