摘要
研究了E玻璃钢纤维环氧树脂基复合材料输电杆塔结构中拉杆的疲劳性能。采用升降法测定试件条件疲劳极限荷载,分析了试件的条件疲劳极限荷载和位移。试验结果表明,在105次循环荷载作用下,试件疲劳极限应力为246.75MPa;试件位移幅值随加载次数增加而增加,各试件疲劳试验过程中位移幅值为3.8~4.9mm;由于试件连接处强度小于复合材料本身强度,试件疲劳破坏均为连接处破坏,设计时应重点考虑连接处强度是否满足疲劳要求。
The fatigue performance of E-glass fiber/epoxy reinforced polymer in transmission tower bars was investigated. The fatigue limit load of the material is performed in Up-down method followed by the analysis of the fatigue limit load and the displacement of the specimens. The results show that the fatigue limit stress of specimens is 246. 75 MPa under 105 times in cyclic loading, the displacement amplitude of specimens increasing with loading adding is between 3. 8mm and 4.9mm, the fatigue damage of specimens occurs at the joint due to the strength of which is lower than that of the material. Therefore it should pay attention to the strength of connections to meet the practical requirements under the fatigue.
