Urban Rail Transit Standardization in China

标准化工作在我国城市轨道交通发展中有至关重要的作用。介绍了我国城市轨道交通标准化管理包括法律依据、标准的属性、标准分类和管理体制。标准制修订管理包括计划、编制程序和批准发布。总结了标准化历程。介绍了两个具有中国特色的城市轨道交通工程建设和产品标准体系建设,以及城市轨道交通标准化工作的主要经验和认识。探索标准化概念,制定战略,提高标准质量和水平始终是城市轨道标准化的艰巨任务。

The standardization in the development of urban rail transit （URT） plays a crucial role in China. Urban rail transit standardization management, including the legal basis, standard attributes, classification and management system, is introduced in this paper. The management of drafting and revising standard includes planning, programming and approvals for release. With a summary of the standardization history in URT, two institutions of standard management in URT featuring Chinese characteristic, the construction standard system and product standard system, as well as the main experiences in strategy formulation are introduced.
