摘要
深圳地铁工程安全管理信息化系统是国内首个"以现代项目管理理论为基础,以轨道工程建设安全管理信息系统平台为技术支撑的新型轨道建设安全管理模式"创新应用的工程项目管理实践案例。该系统是由安全监测及风险管理子系统、远程视频监控子系统及工程项目管理子系统组成。通过信息化系统的实践,实现了地铁建设安全管理的科学化、规范化,能有效防范工程安全质量风险,显著地提高了工程的经济效益和社会效益。
The safety management information system （SMIS） of Shenzhen Metro is the first practice based on modern project management theory, and supported by the practical application of SMIS in subway construction. This system consists of safety monitoring and risk management subsystem, remote video monitoring subsystem and project management subsystem. Based on practical application, scientific and standard safety management is realized in metro construction, which can effectively prevent the risks in engineering quality, and improve economic and social benefits of metro projects. Therefore, SMIS has a broad development space and certain value for promotion.
