国内十余个城市在2015年前后将首次开通城市轨道交通线路,制定既全面统筹又具有可操作性的筹备方案是整个过程的重中之重。在分析首条城市轨道交通线路开通试运营筹划主要特征和重要意义的基础上,阐述试运营筹备的四个阶段(运营规划期、运营接管期、综合联调及试运行期、试运营期)及各阶段的主要工作,提出试运营筹备建议。

In 2015, more than 10 Chinese cities will run their first metro lines, so how to make an overall and practical plan in the whole arrangement process is an urgent task for all of them. The main features and significance in operational arrangement of the first metro line are studied, arid four stages, including operational planning period, taking over period, as. sociated debugging and commissioning period as well as the trial operation period are expounded, some suggestions about the operational arrangement are proposed.
