摘要
在地铁的建设中面临着大量的风险,地铁工程项目风险管理已越来越受到工程建设领域的关注。阐述了地铁车站风险管理的必要性,介绍了地铁车站施工风险管理的过程、主要施工风险及应对措施,并以上海轨道交通12号线虹梅路站为例,分析了基坑施工风险的应对技术措施,以确保车站施工的安全。
Lots of risks are encountered in subway construction due to many complicated factors, so the risk management of subway shall be given more attention. Firstly, the necessity of introducing in the subway risk management is explained; then the process of risk management, the main construction risks and countermeasures are introduced; finally, Hongmei Road Station of Line 12 is taken as an example, the technical measures against risks in the construction of foundation pit are analyzed for safe construction.
