摘要 目的观察吉林地产核桃油、松子油对小鼠体内抗氧化酶活性及脂质过氧化产物丙二醛的影响,以了解其营养功能.方法以不同剂量的核桃油、松子油连续给小鼠(6月龄)灌胃,并设立对照组.6周后检测小鼠肝组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量.结果与对照组相比,P〈0.05,不同剂量的核桃油、松子油对小鼠体内的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶的活力具有统计学意义,对丙二醛的含量也有统计学意义.结论在本次实验剂量范围内,不同剂量的核桃油、松子油可以提高小鼠体内抗氧化酶的活性,降低丙二醛的含量,具有抗氧化作用,且具有明显的剂量-效应关系. Objective To observe effects of the indigenous walnut oil and pine seed oil in Jilin area on the activity of antioxidant enzyme and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in mice and their functions. Methods The activities of GSH-Px, SOD and the content of MDA in liver of mice were determined after six-week successive intragastric supplementation of walnut oil, pine oil with different doses. Results Contrasting the control group, there were significant differences in the activities of GSH-Px, SOD and the content of MDA in liver of mice among the different doses of walnut oil and pine oil ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion In the range of the dosage in this experiment, walnut oil and pine oil could improve the activities of GSH-Px, SOD and decrease the content of MDA in liver of mice, and produce an antioxidant effect. The effect could show a significant dose- response relationship.
