The Negotiations of Amursana Event between China and Russia

中俄交涉阿睦尔撒纳事件大致分两个阶段:第一阶段从乾隆二十二年(1757)七月至乾隆二十三年(1758),双方围绕是否引渡阿睦尔撒纳展开交涉;第二阶段从乾隆二十三年(1758)二月到乾隆二十九年(1764),双方围绕是否归还阿睦尔撒纳尸骨展开交涉。双方围绕各自的核心利益展开了激烈斗争,随着清朝在准噶尔地区统治日益稳固,清朝最终放弃了对阿睦尔撒纳尸骨的追讨。此事使清政府进一步认清了俄罗斯对中国领土的图谋和觊觎,提高了对俄罗斯的警惕。

The negotiations of Amursana event between China and Russia roughly has two stages：the first stage from twenty-two years of the Qianlong （ 1757 ） to twenty-three years of Qianlong （ 1758 ）, the two sides start negotiations on whether extradite Amursana or not. The second stage from twenty-three years of Qianlong （ 1758 ）to twenty-nine years of Qianlong （1764）, the two sides start negotiations on whether return his bones or not. Two sides engaged in a fierce struggle around their own core interests, with the rule of the Ching Dynasty more stable in Dzungars, Ching finally gave up the bones. Through the event, Ching Dynasty further understand Russia attempt and covet to Chinese territory.
