Through optimization of photosynthesis for carbon fixation inside native cyanobacterium Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 to redistribute the carbon flow followed by introduction of optimized exogenous modules of acetyl transformation and decarboxylation that are related with bio-synthesis of acetone it is possible to realize effective combination of the carbon fixation modules inside cyanobacterium withtwo exogenous modules that can extend the carbon flow to acetone molecules.
