摘要
目的:探讨氮酮对骨平巴布膏中延胡索乙素在体经皮吸收的影响。方法:采用膏体剩余量法,测定延胡索乙素的剩余量,模拟延胡索乙素透皮吸收的动力学方程式。结果:延胡索乙素的透皮吸收表现为一级动力学模式,随氮酮用量的增加,透皮吸收量越高,吸收速率越大。结论:氮酮质量分数3%和5%的制剂透皮吸收量均较大,且无显著差异,结合时滞影响的考虑,确定氮酮用量3%。
Objective: To investigate influence of azone on in vivo percutaneous absorption of tetrahydropalmatine from Guping cataplasm. Method: Paste residual quantity method was used by determining remnant amount of tetrahydropalmatine, its kinetic equation of transdermal absorption was simulated. Result: Transdermal absorption of tetrahydropalmatine showed first-order kinetics, rate of absorption and absorbed dose were enhanced when dosage of azone raised. Conclusion : There was no significant deviation between mass fraction of azone 3% and 5% , which both had great absorbed dose, consideration by combining with effect of lag time, we determined the amount of azone 3%.
