摘要
目的:优选颈痛舒贴膏的水提工艺。方法:以淫羊藿苷和芍药苷的得率为指标,HPLC测定指标成分含量,采用正交试验设计考察加水量、煎煮时间及提取次数等因素的影响,综合评分法优选颈痛舒贴膏的水提工艺。结果:最佳水提工艺为加12倍量水回流提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论:该优选的提取工艺科学合理、稳定可行,可用于颈痛舒贴膏的工业化大生产。
Objective: To optimize water extraction technology of Jingtongshu plaster. Method: With yield of lcariin and paeoniflorin as indexes, the content of these were determined by I-IPLC, orthogonal test was used to investigate factors, such as the amount of water, boiling time and extraction times, water extraction technology was optimized by comprehensive scoring method. Result: Optimum water extraction technology was that reflux extracted 3 times with 12 times the amount of water for 1.5 h each time. Conclusion: Optimized extraction process was scientific, stable and feasible, it could be used for industrial production of Jingtongshu plaster.
