摘要
目的:建立飞扬草药材的HPLC色谱指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC以槲皮素、没食子酸及杨梅苷为对照物,Platisil ODS C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温25℃,洗脱时间为60 min,检测波长360 nm。结果:检测了广东不同来源的12批飞扬草药材,确定9个共有色谱峰,相似度评价结果表明,各产地飞扬草药材相似度均>0.90。结论:飞扬草HPLC指纹图谱可用于飞扬草药材的鉴别及质量控制。
Objective: To establish the chromatography fingerprint of Herba Euphorbiae hirtae by HPLC. Method: HPLC was used with quercetin gallic acid and myricitrin as control samples. The sample are separated on Platisil ODS Cls column (4.6 mm × 250 ram, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-O. 05% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase, gradient elution, at the flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min^-1 at 25 ℃. The time of gradient elution is 60 min and the UV detection is set at 360 nm. Result: Twelve samples of E. hirta in different origin of Guangdong were detected and nine main marker peaks were selected in the standard fingerprint. The similarity of samples is all over 0.90. Conclusion : The HPLC fingerprint can be used for identification of E. hirta as well as quality control.
