摘要
目的:建立盾叶薯蓣中伪原薯蓣皂苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD),Dikma C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-水(30∶70),流速1.0 mL.min-1;蒸发光散射检测器参数:漂移管温度60℃,气压4.5 kPa。结果:伪原薯蓣皂苷在10~40μg(r=0.999 8)线性关系良好,平均回收率98.7%(RSD 1.6%,n=6)。结论:该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可作为盾叶薯蓣的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of pseudoprodioscin in Dioscorea zingiberensis. Method: HPLC-ELSD was used in the quantitative analysis with Dikma C1s chromatography column (4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm) and acetonitrile-water (30:70) as a mobile phase. The flow rate of mobile was 1.0 mL ·min^-l ; the drifting tube temperature of the detecor was set at 60 ℃. The pressure of pure air was 4.5 kPa. Result: The linear range for pseudoprodioscin was 10-40 μg ( r = 0. 999 8 ). The average recovery was 98.7% (RSD 1.6% , n =6). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, sentive, accurate, and can be regarded as the quality control method of D. zingiberensis.
