摘要
目的:建立防风通圣丸中2个色原酮苷类成分的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,对防风通圣丸中的升麻素苷、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷进行定量分析。kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸(24∶12∶64);检测波长254 nm。结果:升麻素苷、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷分别在0.012 5~0.250,0.010 8~0.216μg(r>0.999 9)线性关系良好,平均回收率>96.75%,RSD<1.65%。结论:该研究同时进行升麻素苷、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的定量分析,可作为防风通圣丸的质量控制标准。
Objective: To develop RP-HPLC method for the quantitative determination of two chromones in Fangfeng Tongsheng Wan. Method: The determination was performed on a kromasil ClS column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid (24:12 64) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1 The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. Result: The calibration curves of prim-O- glueosylcimifugin and 4'-O-glucosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol were linear in the ranges of 0. 012 5-0. 250 μg and 0.010 8 - 0. 216 μg (r 〉 0. 999 9) , respectively. The average recoveries were over 96.75% with RSD lower 1.65 %. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and suitable determination of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and 4'-O-glucosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol, and can control of Fangfeng Tongsheng Wan. for simultaneously be used for quality
