广东作为国家技术创新工程试点省,首创并开展了创新型企业院线提升计划,及时契合企业发展需求,助力企业成功穿越"创新死亡谷"。通过对院线提升计划实施背景、主要内容等阐述,重点揭示院线提升计划的创新性和重要现实发展意义。
As a national technology innovation project pilot province, Guangdong has taken the initiative to carry out the innovative enterprises＇ institute and route map upgrading plan in the country. This plan fits the needs of enterprise develop- ment in a timely manner, which helps enterprises go through the ＂death valley of innovation＂ successfully. In this paper, the writer describes the background and main content of the plan, focusing on revealing the innovative and important signifi- cance of the plan.
