摘要
当前,浙江正面临经济转型的关键时期,加快科技成果转化是培育战略性新兴产业、促进浙江经济转型的重要途径,因此加强科技成果转化的对策研究具有重要意义。文章基于调查问卷与实地调研,统计测算了浙江科技成果产出与转化状况,分析了制约浙江科技成果转化的主要问题,并有针对性地提出了相关政策建议。
Recently, Zhejiang province is in the period of economic transition. Reinforcing the commercialization of scientific achievements is an important approach to develop strategic and new industries and promote economic transition. There- fore, it＇ s meaningful to strengthen research on how to reinforce it. Based on questionnaire survey and on - the - spot investigation, the paper collects the data on scientific achievement of Zhejiang, assesses the situation of commercialization, and analyzes the existing problems hampering commercialization. Finally, it also puts forward some suggestion.
