领导理论与实践是最近10年美国学术界多学科研究的热点领域。借鉴美国组织领导力发展研究的视角与方法,需要从研究美国学术界关于"领导是什么"的共识做起,从认识领导的不同取向、理解领导的分析层次和"好领导"如何建构三个方面展开研究,可以获知当代美国学术界对领导的主流认识。

The learning from research perspectives and methods on leadership development in American organizations should begin with the study on shared thinking of leadership in American academic circles. This paper inquires into the essential knowledge on ＂What is leadership＂ in American academic circles respectively in terms of different dimensions of conceptu- alizing leadership, analytic levels of understanding the concept of leadership and the contents of ＂good leadership＂.
