摘要
介绍了一种在火控系统应用中用来确认填弹部位的位置具有定位功能的电路。该电路具体为利用轴角位置测量元件即旋转变压器,控制400Hz频率的正弦波信号,经调制处理使其相位角与一定的直流电压值相对应,从而产生出两路相位差为90°的正弦信号。采用模拟电路进行了模块化设计,并对其原理进行了详细的叙述。实际产品经与整机系统联试,满足现场使用要求。该电路具有转换精度高,电路简洁实用,使用温度范围宽的特点,可广泛应用于多个相关领域。
A circuit which has the positioning function and is used to confirm the location of the reloading position in the fire control system is introduced.The circuit is applied to controlling the 400 Hz sine wave signal,whose phase-angle is modulated to correspond to the DC voltage value,by utilizing the axis-angle location measurement component(resolver).The sine wave signal whose phase-difference is 90° is generated.An analog circuit is adopted for the modular design.The design principle is elaborated.The actual product was tested on the equipment.The testing result meets the demand of the actual application.The the circuit has the characteristics of high conversion accuracy,succinctness,practice and wide application range,and can be widely used in the relevant areas.
