胜红清热胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎89例

"Shenghong Qingre Capsule" in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease: A report of 89 cases

目的观察胜红清热胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将178例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各89例),分别给予胜红清热胶囊和阿奇霉素分散片治疗,疗程2周。结果治疗组痊愈率和总有效率分别为42.70%、88.76%,对照组分别为16.85%、70.79%;两组痊愈率和总有效率比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论胜红清热胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎临床疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Shenghong Qingre Capsule＂ in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease （CPID）. Methods One hundred and seventy-eight cases were randomized into two groups ： treatment group in which 89 cases were treated by＂ Shenghong Qingre Capsule＂, and control group in which 89 cases were treated by azithromycin tablets, with the course of 2 weeks. Results In treatment group, the cure rate was 42.70% and the total effective rate was 88.76% ; in control group, the cure rate was 16.85% and the total effective rate was 70.79% ; there were significant differences in cure rate and total effective rate between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ＂Shenghong Qingre Capsule＂ has positive effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
