手法复位联合凉血散瘀汤内服外洗治疗嵌顿痔60例

Combined manual reduction with "Liangxue Sanyu Decoction" orally and external washing for incarcerated hemorrhoids:A report of 60 cases

目的观察手法复位联合凉血散瘀汤内服外洗治疗嵌顿痔的临床疗效。方法对60例嵌顿痔患者采用手法复位联合凉血散瘀汤内服外洗治疗,疗程为7天,观察临床疗效、临床症状体征变化情况及不良反应,并评价临床安全性。结果总有效率达88.3%,其中53例患者在治疗后嵌顿解除。与治疗前比较,治疗第3天脱出、疼痛、肿胀情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗第5天脱出、疼痛、肿胀、血栓、坏死情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗第7天脱出、疼痛、肿胀、血栓、坏死情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论手法复位联合凉血散瘀汤内服外洗对于嵌顿痔具有较好的临床疗效,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combined manual reduction with ＂Liangxue Sanyu Decoction＂ orally and external washing in the treatment of incarcerated hemorrhoids. Methods Sixty cases were treated by manual reduction and ＂Liangxue Sanyu Decoction＂ with the course of 7 days. The clinical efficacy and symptom score were observed and the clinical safety was evaluated. Results The total effective rate was 88.3%. Fifty-three cases the incarceration was eliminated after treatment. Compared with pretreatment, there were significant differences in prolapse, pain, swelling and distention after 3 days treatment （P 〈 0.01 ） ; there were significant differences in prolapse, pain, swelling, distention, thrombus and necrosis after 5 days and 7 days treatment （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Combined manual reduction with ＂Limlgxue Sanyu Decoction＂ orally and external washing has positive effect on incarcerated hemorrhoids, and without any adverse reaction.
