《内经》“肺朝百脉”理论在肺系慢性疑难病中运用体会

Application of "all vessels converging in lung" theory in Neijing for chronic diseases of lung system

在《内经》"肺朝百脉"理论指导下,治愈了许多肺系慢性疑难病,认为肺朝百脉指肺会聚血气而言。肺不仅主气而且与血密切相关,据此理论并结合临床提出肺病多瘀的论点,故治肺要适度活血,并自创方药异功活血汤、补肾滋肺化瘀汤、补肾助阳化瘀汤,经临床证实对肺系慢性疑难病有良好的效果。

Under the guidance of ＂all vessels converging in lung＂ theorys in Neijing, chronic diseases of lung system were cured. ＂All vessels converging in lung＂ means that qi and blood accumulate in lung. Lung governs qi and closely relates with blood. Thus lung disease should be treated by activating blood. ＂Yigong Huoxue Decoction＂, ＂Bushen Zifei Huayu Decoction＂ and ＂Bushen Zhuyang Huayu Decoction＂ are made by ourselves, and have good therapeutic effect for the treatment of lung diseases.
