应用“动-定序贯八法”理论对知母药性再认识

Recognition of property of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae by "Dynamics-immobility and succession eight methods"

知母一直被认为具有滋阴润燥、清热泻火之功效,但在对知母药性源流的回顾和临床应用中发现,知母在治疗水肿方面也有着突出的疗效。因此通过运用"动-定序贯八法"理论对知母利水药性进行回顾梳理,并提出对中药的认识应运用"动-定"的观点,即在掌握药物主要功效的同时,动态认识药性理论的发展变化,从而全面认识中药。

Rhizoma Anemarrhenae has been considered to have the effect of nourishing yin and moistening dryness, clearing heat and purging fire in modem times. While reviewing the property of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and clinical application, we found that Rhizoma Anemarrhenae has good effect on edema. This paper analyzes the property of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae based on ＇＂ Dynamics-immobility and succession eight methods＂ theory, and represents that ＂Dynamics-immobility and succession eight methods＂ should be applied to recognition of Chinese medicine. The development of Chinese medicine theory should be recognized dynamically.
