脐带间充质干细胞分离培养及其定向分化研究 被引量:5

摘要 间充质干细胞(MSC)能够自我增殖,多向分化,且具有免疫调节等功能,在人类白细胞抗原(HLA)并不匹配的情况下输注同种异体MSC,一般不会引起宿主的免疫反应,使MSC作为临床治疗的一种手段成为可能。脐带中获取MSC,来源广泛,取材方便,且征得家属同意,不涉及伦理问题。本研究旨在建立脐带MSC的富集方法,观察其生物学特性,为临床MSC的大量应用提供基础。
