特发性矮小生长激素受体基因与生长激素结合蛋白的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 生长激素(GH)是促进生长发育的重要因子之一。它首先需要与靶细胞表面生长激素受体(GHR)结合,GHR基因突变导致的GHR结构与功能异常都会抑制GH发挥正常生理作用,最终影响成人身高。近年来关于GHR基因单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与特发性矮小(ISS)遗传易感性关系的研究越来越多.并发现了一些与ISS相关的SNP位点。
