摘要
通过控制反应时间和投料比,制备一系列不同取代度的邻苯二甲酰化壳聚糖,并采用红外光谱、紫外光谱、差热热重和X-射线衍射对目标产物结构、结晶性能、热稳定性进行了分析。结果表明,壳聚糖的氨基和伯羟基参与了酰化反应,当n(壳聚糖)∶n(邻苯二甲酸酐)为1∶1、反应10 h时,所得产物的取代度最高;邻苯二甲酰化壳聚糖的结晶性、稳定性均弱于壳聚糖。
A series of phthaloyl chitosan with different degrees of substitution were synthesized by controlling the reaction time and molar ration of chitosan to phthalic anhydride. The products were characterized by infrared (IR) spectroscopy, UV spectroscopy, thermogravimetry (TG) and X-ray diffractometry (XRD). Results showed that amino and primary hydroxyl group of chitosan engaged in t he acvlation reaction. When molar ration was l:l and reaction time was 10 h, the degree of substitution was the highest. In addition, the phthaloyl ehitosan synthesized had decreased crystallization and thermostability than chitosan.
