摘要
罗汉果内生真菌SG-69的发酵培养液和菌体通过硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱和重结晶等方法分离,得到6个化合物,运用IR、1H NMR、13C NMR等波谱技术,结合化合物的理化性质、波谱数据与文献数据对照鉴定了其结构分别为麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇(1)、对羟基苯甲酸(2)、白僵菌酮(3)、苯乙酸(4)、尿囊素(5)和甘露醇(6),其中尿囊素(5)首次从罗汉果内生真菌中发现。研究结果表明,罗汉果内生真菌的次级代谢产物与宿主罗汉果化学成分有很大差异,有待进一步研究。
The fermentation medium and the mycelium of the Siraitia grosvenori endophytic fungus SG-69 was extracted by ethyl acetate and methanol respectively. Six compounds were obtained by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and recrystallization approaches. Using of IR,1H NMR, 13C NMR spectroscopy and the combination of compounds physicochemical properties and spectral data with literature data, their structures were identified as ergosterol ( 1 ) ,4-hydroxybenzoic acid (2), bassiana ketone ( 3 ) , phenylacetic acid (4) , allantoin ( 5 ) , and mannitol ( 6 ), respectively, in which compound ( 5 ) was first been isolated from the Siraitia grosvenori endophytic fungus. So the endophytic fungus secondary metabolites are different with the host Siraitia grosvenori chemical composition, it is worthy of further study Siraitia grosvenori endophytic fungus.
