超支化聚酯基两亲性星形PCL-b-PHEMA的合成及性能研究

摘要 采用开环聚合(ROP)和可逆加成断裂链转移(RAFT)聚合,合成了星形聚己内酯-b-聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HPs-star-PCL-b-PHEMA),以HPs-star-PCL膜为对照,进行了体外细胞相容性试验(包括浸提液细胞毒性试验和细胞直接接触试验),探索其在生物材料方面应用的潜在可能性。结果表明,HPs-star-PCL-b-PHEMA膜浸提液细胞毒性评价合格;大鼠成骨样细胞Ros17/2.8在HPs-star-PCL-b-PHEMA膜上的粘附和铺展程度比在星形聚己内酯膜上更充分。 The star shaped poly ( e-caprolactone ) -b-poly ( hydroxyethyl methacrylate) ( HPs-star-PCL-b- PHEMA) was synthesized by ring-opening polymerization and reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT) polymerization. Objective to explore the as biomedical material by studying its cytocompatibility in HPs-star-PCL-b-PHEMA film extracts and cell coculture star-PCL as control. Osteo-like ceils Ros17/2.8 attached and the cytotoxicity evaluation was acceptable. potential of HPs-star-PCL-b-PHEMA being used vitro. Cytocompatibility including cytotoxicity of experiments were and spread much carried out in vitro with HPs- better than on HPs-star-PCL,
