摘要
通过对6A02铝合金挤压工艺、淬火工艺、设备等的优化,借助直读光谱仪、金相显微镜、碱蚀酸洗、低倍分析等方法来研究6A02铝合金挤压棒材粗晶环的产生原因及其厚度的控制方法,从而提高产品的合格率,满足用户的要求。
The extrusion process, quenching system and extrusion press for producing 6A02 aluminum alloy bar have been optimized. The coarse-grain-ring producing reason and its thickness control measures of 6A02 aluminum alloy bar have been investigated by using of direct-reading spectrometer, microscope and macrostructure. Thereby the qualified rate of products has been increased. The quality of the extrusion bar can meet customer's demands.
