摘要
针对铝合金多筋圆盘类锻件的成形特点,对产生穿流缺陷的机制进行了分析,在此基础上提出了避免多筋圆盘类铝合金锻件穿流缺陷的措施。
Based on the deformation feature of forged aluminum alloy disk with ribs, the al-ternate flow defect forming mechanism has been analyzed. Through the analysis the produc-tion measures have been set up for eliminating the alternate flow defects during production of aluminum alloy disk with ribs.
