7075铝合金硅酸盐体系微等离子体氧化陶瓷层制备工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用微等离子体氧化技术对7075铝合金进行表面处理,通过正交试验法优化出7075铝合金在硅酸盐体系下进行微等离子体氧化的最佳电解液配方,并研究了在此电解液配方下形成的微等离子体氧化陶瓷层的微观形貌及相组成,陶瓷层表面微孔均匀,膜层致密。 The 7075 aluminum alloy product surface has been treated by using of micro- plasma oxidation. The best electrolyte recipe of silicate system for making micro-plasma oxi- dation film on 7075 aluminum alloy has been optimized by using of orthogonal experiment. The morphology and the phase composition of the micro plasma oxidation ceramic layer being produced in the optimiZed electrolyte have been investigated and found that the ceramic sur-face layer is compact and with homogenous micro-pores.
