摘要
采用马来酸酐(MA)为主要单体合成一种四元共聚物硫酸钙防垢剂(CSI)。以单因素实验方法研究了合成的单体配比、引发剂用量、单体浓度、反应温度、反应时间对硫酸钙防垢率的影响,再用正交实验对实验条件进行优化,最终确定最优的聚合物单体配比为1∶0.5∶0.5∶0.5,引发剂用量为1.4%(与总单体量量比),单体质量分数为15%,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为4h。70℃时,当防垢剂的加入量为3mg/L时,防垢率为99.09%。
The quadripolymer scale inhibitor was synthesized with maleic anhydride(MA) as main monomer. Effects of monomer ratios, amounts of initiator, reaction temperature and reaction time on the inhibition efficiency were discussed, and the optimal synthetic conditions were obtained as followsby orthogonally arranged experiments: m(MA) : m(AA) : m(SMAS) : re(AM)= 1 : 0. 5: 0. 5 : 0.5, m(NH4)2S2O8 : m(MA+AA+SMAS+AM)=1.4%, m(MA+AA+SMAS+AM) : m(MA+ AA+SMAS+AM+H20) =15%, reaction temperature 90 ℃, reaction time 4 h. Scale-inhibition ef- ficiency of the copolymer was tested at 70 ℃, and the scale-inhibition efficiency was found up to 99.09% at the dosage of 3 mg/L.
