摘要
以烯丙基联苯醚(ABE)、丙烯酰胺(AM)与丙烯酸(AA)为单体,采用溶液聚合法合成了共聚物,对其磺化改性,制备得到磺酸盐型共聚物,并用IR进行了表征。磺化改性的适宜条件:Vs/Vf为2∶1,磺化时间约72h。磺酸盐型聚合物耐温抗盐性能研究表明,ABE用量为0.4%左右,磺化聚合物具有较好的耐Ca2+性和耐温性。
The monomers, ABE (allyl-diphenyl ether), AM (acrylamide) and AA (acrylic acid), were polymerized into copolymers through free-radical solution polymerization. It is essential to modify pol- ymer for prepared sulfonate polymer by sulfonating. The sulfonated copolymers were characterized by IR. The suitable sulfonating conditions for copolymer were obtained: Vs/Vt=2 : 1 and reaction time 72 h. Salt tolerance and temperature resistance properties of this sulfonated copolymer were investiga- ted. The result shows that the copolymer has better anti Ca2+ property and exhibits better tempera- ture tolerance, especially at ABE dosage of about 0.4%.
