摘要
为实现贝类产品从"养殖场到餐桌"的全程质量安全监控,大连市海水贝类质量安全追溯系统引入贝类产品电子标签技术,把贝类生产源头、贝类加工过程、贝类运输过程及贝类进入市场等各环节的相关监控数据汇总成大连市海水贝类质量安全追溯数据库,形成了完整的大连市海水贝类产品从海区到市场的追溯信息数据链条,保障了贝类食品的消费安全。通过模拟测试,系统效果良好。追溯系统既为消费者提供方便的查询平台,又为管理部门对贝类质量安全监控提供良好的操作管理平台,具有一定的经济和社会效益。
