At the same time we continue to obtain valuable resources from the ocean, but to emit and abandon toxic and hazardous pollutants to the ocean, the combined effect of these pollutants will cause great stress and harm to the marine ecological environment, thereby affecting the economic service capabilities of marine ecosystems, and ultimately lead to ecological imbalance of the human and the ocean.
