摘要 目的研究水通道蛋白5和水通道蛋白8在人结肠癌组织中的表达,初步探讨其在人结肠癌发生发展中的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学和逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)的方法,检测人结肠癌组织和癌旁组织中AQP5和AQP8的表达。结果 AQP5主要表达于人结肠癌组织中肿瘤细胞,癌旁正常组织基本没有表达;AQP8主要表达于癌旁正常组织,而在人结肠癌组织肿瘤细胞则基本没有表达。结论 AQP5在人结肠癌组织肿瘤细胞中高表达,AQP8在人结肠癌癌旁正常组织中高表达,二者在结肠癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达与肿瘤的TNM分期和淋巴转移相关,在人结肠癌的发生发展及转移过程中起重要作用。 [ Objective ] To research the expression of AQP5 and AQP8 in human colorectal carcinoma and study the meaning of occurrence and development in human colorectal carcinoma. [ Methods ] To detect the expression of AQP5 and AQP8 with the method of immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in colon cancer tissue and paraneoplastic normal tissue. [ Results ] AQP5 was mainly expressed in human colon carcinoma tumor cells and paraneoplastic normal tissue did not express basicly; AQP8 was mainly expressed in normal tissues and paraneoplastic normal tissue in the human colon tumor cells is basically no expression. [ Conclusion ] The expression of AQP5 is increased in human colon carcinoma tumor cells and AQP8 is in creased in paraneoplastic normal tissue, which may be play an important role in the occurrence, development and transfer process.
