儿童肝硬化门脉高压症的研究新进展

摘要 门静脉高压症是一种血流动力学异常综合症,该病在儿童中发病率较低,至今为止,儿童肝硬化门脉高压症的发病机制尚未阐明,引发门静脉高压症的主要原因有主要有肝硬化、先天性肝纤维化、胆汁淤积、肝炎和代谢病等。其中以肝硬化引起的门静脉高压最常见。虽然该病发病率低,但可以引起腹水、胃食管静脉曲张破裂出血、
