131例骨转移癌放疗与联合双膦酸盐治疗效果分析

Analysis of the effectiveness of Radiotherapy and radiotherapy combined with diphosphonate treatment for Pain Relief of 131 Cancer Bone Metastasis

目的比较放疗联合双膦酸盐与单纯放疗对骨转移癌止痛的有效性及安全性。方法对131例恶性肿瘤骨转移癌患者回顾性分析,单纯放疗组50例,放疗联合双膦酸盐组81例。结果 131例患者总有效率92.37%。单纯放疗组有效率84%,放疗联合双膦酸盐组有效率97.5%。结论放疗联合双膦酸盐有效率高,耐受性好。

[ Objective ] To compare the effectiveness and safety of radiotherapy combined with diphosphonate treatment of bone metastasis with radiotherapy alone. [ Methods ] The characteristic and response to treatment of 131 patients diagnosed carcinoma with bone metastasis were retrospective analyzed. The degree of easement of pain was evaluated at pre-therapy, under treatment and post- treatment. [ Results ] The total effective rate of treatment is 92.37 %, the effective rate of radiotherapy and radiotherapy combined with diphosphonate is 84% and 97.5%, respectively. [ Conclusion ] Compared with radiotherapy alone, radiotherapy combined with diphosphonate treatment of bone metastasis is more effective. And it is also tolerated well.
