摘要
从质量管理的角度出发，对构成产品质量特征和基本要求的可靠性，以及企业如何加强可靠性指标，可靠性教育，可靠性管理做了一些探讨。
It was discussed that reliability was composed of product’s quality feature and elementary requirement from angel of quality management. How to strenghth reliability target, reliability education and reliability management were also discussed.
