环磷腺苷葡胺注射液对老年慢性脑供血不足患者临床疗效对比分析

摘要 目的探讨环磷腺苷葡胺治疗慢性脑供血不足的有效性和安全性。方法将84例确诊为慢性脑供血不足患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组44例。治疗组应用环磷腺苷葡胺120mg加入5%葡萄糖溶液250mL静脉滴注,每天1次,连用14d;对照组应用复方丹参注射液20 mL加入5%葡萄糖溶液250mL静脉滴注,每天1次,连用14d。结果治疗组总有效率94.44%明显高于对照组的70.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论环磷腺苷葡胺治疗慢性脑供血不足疗效好、安全,值得临床推广应用。 [ Objective ] To explore the efficacy and safety of chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency treated by CAMP cyclphosphate. [ Methods ] 84 patients diagnosed as chronic cerebral insufficiency patients were randomLy divided into the treatment group 40 cases and control group44 cases. The treatment group were treated with meglumine cyclic adenosinel20mg in 5% glucose solution 250mL intravenous infusion,1 times a day, used in conjunction 14 days; the control group with Compound Danshen injection 20 mL in 5% glucose solution 250mL intravenous infusion,1 times a day, for 14 days. [ Resluts ] The total effective rate of treatment group94.44% was significantly higher than that in control group 70.55%, the difference was statistically signifieant( P 〈 0.01). [ Conclusion ] Chronic cerebral circulation insufficiencyis treated by CAMP cy clpho sphate have good effect, safety and worthy to be popularized.
