摘要
目的建立一种制作简便、可重复性强的置管持续灌洗治疗脑蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)动物模型。方法麻醉后将导管插入枕大池,分组一次、两次注入0.3mL自体动脉血建立SAH模型。监测动脉血压、血气分析、颅内压,存活动物进行蛛网膜下腔灌洗治疗。结果血液广泛分布于颅底动脉环周围脑池。SAH组大鼠的血压、血pH、PaO2、PaCO2值改变无统计学意义(P>0.05)。生理盐水、稀释尼莫地平生理盐水等蛛网膜下腔灌洗后大鼠心率、血压、等均无明显波动,颅内压略有上升,无明显神经行为改变和死亡。结论该模型能很好地模拟临床SAH,重复性好,适用于SAH后灌洗治疗前后病理生理学机制的研究。
[ Objective ] To establish a simple and reproducible animal model of subarachnoid irrigation treatment following acute cerebral subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) . [ Methods ] The SAH model was induced by insertion of a cannula into cisterna magna and injection of 0.3 mL autologous arterial blood once and twice respectively. Arterial blood pressure, blood gases analysis, and intracranial pressure were monitored, subarachnoid irrigation treatment were subscribed following acute cerebral subarachnoid hemorrhage in surviving models. [ Resluts ] The subarachnoid blood was widely distributed throughout cisterns around major arteries of skull base. There was no statistically significant difference between BP, pH, PaO2 or PaCO2 values of the SAH group and those of the control group(P〉0.05) . There was no statistically significant difference between BP, pH, PaO2 or PaCO2 values of the SAH group and those of the control group(P〉0.05) following irrigation treatment . [ Conclusion ] This model resembles clinical SAH. It is very reproducible and appropriate for the studv on the pathophysiological mechanisms of subarachmoid irritation treatment of aneurysmal SAH.
