曲美他嗪对慢性心力衰竭患者左房容积指数的影响

Effect of Trimetazidine on left atrial volume index in patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨曲美他嗪对慢性心力衰竭患者左房容积指数(LAVI)的影响。方法 65例心衰患者,随机分为曲美他嗪组(n=33)和对照组(n=32),对照组给予心衰的常规治疗用药,曲美他嗪组在心衰常规治疗的基础上,给予曲美他嗪20mg tid,随访6个月。在治疗前及治疗6个月后,分别记录LAVI。结果曲美他嗪组治疗前后的LAVI分别为:43±11.6mL/m2、34±12.8 mL/m2,治疗后的LAVI明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后的LAVI分别为:42±10.9 mL/m2、40±8.8mL/m2,无显著统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在常规心衰治疗方案的基础上给予曲美他嗪可以改善心衰患者的LAVI。

[ Objective ] To investigate the effect of trimetazidine on left atrial volume index （LAVI） in patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）. [ Methods ] 65 CHF Patients were randomized into trimetazidine group （n=33） and control group（n=32）. The control group received conventional therapy, and the trimetazidine group received trimetazidine 20mg tid in addition to conventional therapy, with a follow up of 6 months. Echocardiographic examinations were performed before and 6 months after the study, and LAVIs were measured. [ Resluts ] Before and 6 months after the study, LAVIs were 43 ± 11.6 mL/m2 vs 34 ± 12.8 mL/m2 in the trimetazidine group （P〈0.05）, and 42 ±10.9 mL/m2 vs 40 ± 8.8mL/m2 in the control group（P〉0.05）, respectively. [ Conclusion ] In CHF Patients, addition of trimetazidine to conventional therapy improved LAVI.
