摘要
目的研究阅读引起的眼调节反应变化。方法选取80名志愿者,分为正视眼组(n=16)、轻度近视组(n=44)、中度近视组(n=20)。80名志愿者均阅读40min报纸,阅读前后测量其调节反应。结果①阅读前,调节反应测量,均表现为调节滞后,调节滞后在三个屈光度组间比较,轻度近视组与中度近视组高于正视组,P<0.05,轻度近视组与中度近视组间无统计学差异,P>0.05;②同一屈光度组,阅读后与阅读前比较,阅读后调节滞后增大,P<0.05;③阅读后,三个屈光度组间,调节滞后变化比较无统计学差异,P>0.05。结论长时间近距离阅读引起调节滞后增大,调节滞后增大是引起近视发生的原因之一。
[ Objective ] To investigate the change of accommodative lag due to reading. [ Methods ] Eighty participants were classified into three groups: emmetropes (n=16), low myopes (n=44), moderate myopes (n=20). Everyone read newspaper about 40 minute, everyone' s accommodative response is measured before and after reading. [ Results ] (1) Before reading, low myopes and moderate myopes had a significant higher accommodative lag compared with emmetropes ( P〈0.05 ) , low myopes had not significant difference compared with moderate myopes ( P〉0.05 ) ; (2) In the same refractive group, there are a significant higher accommodative lag after reading compared with before( P〈0.05 ); (3)The change of accommodative lag is not different in three refractive groups after reading ( P〉0.05 ) . [ Conclusion ] Near reading long time cause higher accommodative lag, which is reason of myopia.
